I can't believe it's been over two years since my last fashion-focused blog post.

I blame my growing children with their insanely busy after-school schedules and just life in general. I still love to share great shopping finds on Instagram (I'm classychaos), and on Facebook (did you catch the cheaper replacement of my beloved J.Crew Minnies I posted?) and on twitter (check out the cowl neck sweater I scored for super cheap at Banana Republic). Nice, right?

I'm very honored to have been given a gig (more on that below) to focus on fashion once a month. So instead of spreading my finds all over the Internet, like I've been doing for two years, I hope to combine everything in one post. I'm far far far from being fashion forward - I'm just a mom of three super great kiddos that likes to look good and when I find something that works, I want to share it with my friends. That's probably why my best friend and I show up at the same place wearing similar outfits. We swap fashion secrets with one another.

Which brings me to my latest gig.

The kiddos were so little and I had no where to wear my sexy red boots (from "You by Crocs") so I just rocked them at home, the best I could. Crocs got a hold of that video, shared it on their social media outlets and fastforwardacoupleofyearslater my husband has been wearing the Santa Cruz Slip-on Loafer religiously and I still wear my sexy red boots on date nights.

For the next year I will be working with Crocs as a "CrocsStyle Insider". I don't know how much of the program I'm allowed to disclose online; but, it's really exciting. Honestly, there's so much fun in store for not only me but you, my friends, as well! I've seen their spring/summer styles (not yet released) and they are cool. Really cool! Next month I'm off to Miami to "test out" their spring/summer collection. My hope is to give you the inside scoop of pairing outfits with comfortable but stylish shoes - just like I would do with my best friend. I'm a big fan of re-using my wardrobe but adding new (cheap) accessories, so that too, will be a focus. Gah! So much fun. I'm over the moon excited to be talking about fashion & shoes again. Yay!
