Is a mother bribing her children with ice cream sandwiches before dinner time. You won't see a toddler spreading an entire tube of Carmex in their hair. Or see a kindergartner getting their hand slammed by a bedroom door. Or witness a boy screeching after reaching level 3 of Super Mario Brothers on their DS.

 

All of this happened while Cleveland's WKYC was in my kitchen interviewing me for a piece on social media and helping Haiti for the evening news. "You can jump up at any time to tend to your children." The camera man smiled.

 

Watch channel 3 tonight and see if you can hear the chaos!

Cornstarch worked wonders at getting Vaseline out of a certain toddlers hair, not that I would know....do it on the dry hair, let it sit for a bit, then shampoo. We did ti twice and it helped a lot!

OMG... my house WAS trashed and the world saw! The kids had no school and my bestest friend was visiting all weekend and I wanted to spend time with her and not clean all weekend. And. GAH. My house was trashed on TV.
